Frog Squats : Best Exercise for thighs and butt

I am a fitness freak and nice to see a blog related to fitness. My source of fitness videos is www.sparkpeople.com but I hadn't seen this type of a squat before....sounds challenging though.

This is not as hard as they are saying - I only do 8 at a time and more later - till I get stronger. I like the way it feels. I do have trouble knees and it does not stress or hurt them at all
