How to keep your hands soft and beautiful

Follow these simple tips and keep your hands looking young !

Drink Plenty of water

Good water intake keeps body hydrated. Drinking enough water maintains skin moisture. So drink water to get soft and beautiful hands.

Fresh fruits and vegetables
To maintain health, our body needs daily dose of vitamins and minerals. Complete nutrition also promotes healthy skin. Vitamins C and E are particularly important in counteracting the effects of sun exposure. Vitamin A helps maintain and repair skin tissue, while B complex vitamins are essential for healthy skin, nails and hair. Exfoliate once a month
Just like your face and body, your hands need to be exfoliated. Exfoliation removes dead skin and make it glowing. Use good quality scrub or make your own scrub at home.
