While sandals and flip flops do help with foot odor, wearing those without adequate support and cushioning creates other foot problems. Now, physicians and podiatrists are seeing patients in their twenties with the foot problems that they previously saw in patients in their fifties. Why? Because they wear slab flat flip flops all day for months.

Healthier flip flops do exist, which are more comfortable for your feet and help prevent odor. We stated PĂȘcheBlu as the antidote to slab flat flip flops since we couldn’t find ones we liked. We used what has been learned in sports shoe technology over the past ten years to create a better flip flop for your foot. We offer arch support, traction, deep cushioning, an anti-microbial footbed (which also prevents odor), and a ZFLEX sole that moves with the foot to reduce the fatigue from traditional slab flip flops, which are too thin to provide any of the above.

If you can twist a flip flop, don’t buy it: it offers no support. For more information on recent media on the health problems of flip flops, please see

Furthermore, if you play sports, you’d never begin a basketball game with tired arms, but you do with tired if you wear slab flip flops all day. You give away your competitive advantage.

Not all flip flops are created equally. Go take a look –
